Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and whom to contact.
This text is a skeleton written during the development of the platform. The clauses on Vena Tokens, the right of withdrawal and account deletion were reviewed by a lawyer on 3 August 2026; the rest of the document was not, and several legal facts are still missing. As it stands, it constitutes neither a contractual commitment nor an enforceable document.
Every “[TO BE COMPLETED]” marker flags a legal fact that does not exist yet (company name, registration, host, providers). They will be filled in before any real launch.

Site publisher
This site is published by VENALABS, a simplified joint-stock company. The details below are those of the public registers. The three still to be completed are so because they do not exist yet: they cannot be invented, and a site displaying an approximate registration exposes its publisher as much as it misleads its reader.

Access to the site grants no right of reproduction or distribution beyond the personal use set out in the terms. Deliverables produced under a service contract follow the rules set by that contract.

The publisher strives to keep the site available and its information accurate, without guaranteeing continuous availability: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical incidents.
Content produced with the help of artificial intelligence models may contain errors. It is neither legal, accounting nor medical advice, and must be checked before any binding use.

Content that appears unlawful, inaccurate or infringing on your rights can be reported to hello@venalabs.com. Describe the page and the reason: every request receives an answer.
